Terms of Use

These terms describe use of Borg's website and AI services. If your organization has a signed agreement with Borg, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.

Accounts and authorized use

You must be legally able to enter into these terms. If you use Borg for an organization, you confirm you have authority to act for it. Keep account details accurate, protect your credentials and make sure users you invite have permission to access connected systems and content.

Your content and output

You keep your rights in content you submit and, to the extent permitted by law, in output generated for you. You give Borg the limited permission needed to host, process, route and return that content to provide the service. You must have the rights to submit it and to use the output. Borg does not use customer content to train its general-purpose AI models without a separate, explicit agreement. You may request your workspace data for your own lawful use, including training your own models, subject to the rights of others.

AI and connected services

Borg may send content to the model providers and connected apps selected for a task. Their services may have separate terms and processing rules. AI-generated results can be wrong, incomplete or similar to results provided to others. Review important results and obtain qualified advice for high-stakes decisions. Do not rely on AI output as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial or safety decisions.

Acceptable use

Do not use Borg unlawfully, infringe others' rights, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, abuse the service, bypass security or usage limits, or use it to harm others. You are responsible for permissions and approvals on actions taken through your workspace. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably needed to address abuse, security issues or legal requirements.

Plans, availability and ending use

Plan prices and included capacity are shown on our business plans page. Additional commercial terms, billing rules, support commitments and data-retention options may be agreed in writing. Features and model availability can change. You may stop using Borg; data access and deletion after termination are governed by your agreement and our Privacy Policy.

Service and changes

We aim to keep Borg available and secure, but AI services, integrations and networks can be interrupted. These terms do not remove rights that the law does not allow us to waive. We may revise these terms and post material changes here. Questions can be directed to Borg through your existing account support channel.
