Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information Borg handles when you visit our site or use our products. A signed business agreement may set different rules for a customer workspace.
Information we handle
We receive the details you provide when you create an account, contact us or use Borg, such as your name, email, organization, support requests, prompts, files, connected-app data and generated results. We also receive device, usage and security information needed to run and protect the service. Payment providers may handle billing information on our behalf.
How we use it
We use information to deliver Borg, authenticate users, route requests to AI models and connected services, provide support, manage billing, prevent abuse, improve reliability and comply with the law. We do not use customer content to train Borg's general-purpose AI models without the customer's separate, explicit agreement. AI model providers may process requests under their own applicable terms and retention settings; ask us which provider and settings apply to your workspace.
Workspace access and sharing
Customer workspaces are private to their authorized users and administrators. Other customers cannot access your workspace data through Borg. Limited access by our personnel and service providers may be needed for support, security, operations or legal duties; model providers receive the content needed to fulfill a request. Administrators may manage access within their organization. We may disclose information when legally required or as part of a business transfer, with appropriate safeguards.
Retention and zero data retention
We keep account, workspace and operational information for as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal and security requirements. Zero data retention may be available for eligible AI request flows under a separate written agreement and technical configuration. It does not automatically cover account information, billing records, security logs, connected apps, stored workspace memory or a provider's independent systems. We will identify the eligible flows and exceptions in that agreement.
Your data and choices
You retain your rights in your content. Authorized workspace members may access their content, and administrators may request a copy of workspace data in a usable format for their own purposes, including their own model training, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information where the law allows. To make a request, email our privacy contact; we may verify your identity before acting. Deletion can be limited by legal duties, backups and an organization's retention settings.
Cookies, security and changes
We may use essential cookies and similar tools to operate the site and understand its performance. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is perfectly secure. Borg is not intended for children. We may update this policy and will post material changes here; a signed agreement controls where it differs.
